The Brookings softball team lost to No. 1 Sioux Falls Jefferson on Monday afternoon, but the Bobcats gained some confidence during the loss.

The Brookings varsity baseball team wrapped up the regular season over the weekend with a pair of doubleheaders. The Bobcats swept Aberdeen on Saturday afternoon at Bob Shelden Field in Brookings and then were swept on the road by Yankton on Sunday.
