Letter: Beacon helps build community

This is not a “letter to the editor” per se, but it is a letter to thank you, Josh and Nichole, and those who have helped to launch and continue the Brookings Beacon with such excellence. The photos, columns and articles are thought-provoking, entertaining, informative and heartfelt.

So many of these help us to relate to our local community in new and constructive ways. I just want to list the names of some of these contributors. I know that you know them all, but I want to list their names anyway: Josh and Nichole Linehan, Amy Cecil Holm, SD News Watch, SD Searchlight, Chuck Berry, Stuie Lewis, Bob Burns, Andrew Holtan, Jay Roe, Teri Johnson, Chuck Cecil, John Maynes — and I know there are others. And thank you to all those who are working behind the scenes, so to speak.
